At Rouse Homes, we pride ourselves on the level of customer care provided for all valued customers. With this in mind, any complaint is taken seriously and we will strive to work with customers to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible.
If you have a complaint, please email in the first instance to Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged and a response sent within seven working days.
If you remain unhappy with the outcome, or a resolution cannot be agreed you will be able to escalate the matter to a Homes’ Director.
